enjoyed an evening of (vicarious) luxury at the Hotel Monaco Nov. 8,
2000, as Wes Carroll (l.), manager of Cartier, Inc., in San Francisco, showed
us slides of the company's history -- and displayed some precious vintage jewelry, here modeled by the ADSC's newest member (she joined that night) Mary Beth Nelson (below).
