Directions
Take the University Avenue exit from highway 80.
Head east (toward campus / hills) on University; where it ends at the campus, turn right.
Get into the left lane and turn left on Durant Ave, which is one-way, eastbound.
The Berkeley City Club is 1.5 blocks east, on your left.

Public Transit
Downtown Berkeley BART is about 6 (rather long) blocks from the BCC.  The #1 or #51 bus, from the BART station, will go up Durant right past the BCC – get off at Dana. If you’re a die-hard public transit-er and want to stay past 11:30 pm, check actransit.org for late bus info.

Parking
There is a parking garage on Durant just before you reach the City Club, and several others nearby. UC garages are also available to the public.  Bring about $15 in cash for parking.

Dining
There will be only light refreshments at the Ball, so it’s wise to prepare with an early dinner.  The Berkeley City Club is offering a special prix fixe dinner ($25, excluding wine) in their lovely dining room. Reservations are essential!  (The 6:30 seating is full, but they will do their best to accommodate our guests with other convenient times.)

For dinner at the Berkeley City Club, call for reservations:  510.848.7800
